Is plastic surgery right for me?

At your consultation, you will meet with Dr. Gayoso and discuss your concerns and goals. After a brief examination, Dr. Gayoso will be able to determine if you are a candidate for plastic surgery and which procedure can help you meet your goals.

How do I choose a qualified plastic surgeon?

As plastic surgery has become more popular, you will find that many doctors may refer to themselves as "plastic surgeons". Unfortunately, not all of them share the same degree and training or experience in the specialty. Board Certification in plastic surgery is the only accepted form of accreditation that the medical profession offers to evaluate the competence and quality of a plastic surgeon. The American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada are the ONLY boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. Dr. Gayoso is proud to be Board Certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
Additionally, you should select a plastic surgeon with whom you are comfortable and who listens closely to what you want.

Does Insurance cover plastic surgery?

Many of the reconstructive procedures performed by Dr. Gayoso are covered by insurance. However, cosmetic procedures, such as breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery, are not. Natural Image Plastic Surgery offers a variety of payment options to cosmetic surgery patients. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as financing thru Capital One Healthcare Finance and Care Credit. All questions about the cost of surgery will be answered at your initial consultation.

How much do the procedures cost?

Plastic surgery fees vary from patient to patient and are somewhat dependent on the time a procedure will actually take. At the time of your consultation, you will be given information on the cost of the procedure you are contemplating. This fee will include the surgeon's fee, the cost of the operating room, the anesthesia fees and any supply costs, such as the cost of breast implants or post operative garments.
